Spa Policy
RESERVATIONS
Reservations for a Spa treatment may be done through Internet or you may like to book it with our therapist at the Watersports Center / Reception upon arrival.
Generally a minimum of 24 hours notice is preferred but please check with our therapist at Watersports Center for any last minute availability.
CANCELLATIONS
- There is no Cancellation charge if re-schedule of the treatment is requested.
- No show amounts to charging full price of the treatment.
- All Cancellations within 4 hours of treatment Schedule amounts to 50% charge.
